With some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or slight delays in providing tracking details. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It’s our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible.
Please note that shipping costs will be applied to your order at checkout.
All orders are shipped worldwide with DHL and require delivery proof (signature upon delivery, etc….) This shipping method has a complete tracking system; once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. Once your package has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please be sure to ship your order to a secure location.
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Shopcider cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries) because our carrier can’t ensure safe delivery to those addresses and there’s nothing worse than a lost package.
All prices are given in euro € and are shown inclusive of IT/EU sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 22% but exclusive of delivery costs.OFHK EUROPE SRL accepts payment via MasterCard, Visa, PayPal.The migaeyewear.com website is designed to facilitate easy and convenient payment. as soon as your order has been placed; you’ll receive a confirmation email of your purchase with a reference number of your order.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending a return or exchange. You have 15 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Place the items in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
Ship the return with a carrier of your choice, making sure to get a tracking number, or proof of postage, for
your safety. The invoice/return form must be included in your return shipment to qualify for a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned to us in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it; if your return is approved, you can expect to receive a refund
within 7 days of sending the parcel back to us, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Our refund will be credited to the same
form of payment from where the purchase was made.
1 – items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the invoice/return form
2 – make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with packaging, tag and seal still attached.
Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are ineligible for an exchange, refund, or web credit. Customized
products and orders are not eligible to be returned for refund, credit, or exchange as well.
